We hope customers understand that most of our goods were handmade after receiving an order, therefore only in these circumstances that we accept return:
Goods were damaged before use.
Goods doesn’t match your order.
Goods were stain before use.
Customers has beyond situation should inform us by email with reaching an agreement. After agreement you must return the goods to us in their original condition ( include the hang tag) within 14 calendar days. We will refund the value of returned goods by PayPal within 14 calendar days.”
