We'll always do our best to take care of customers. We hope customers understand most of our goods are handmade after receiving an order, therefore we only accept returns under these circumstances:
Goods were damaged before use.
Goods do not match your order.
Goods were stained before use.
If customers have a situation beyond these circumstances, please inform us by email to reach an agreement. Following, please return the goods to us in their original condition ( include the hang tag) within 14 calendar days. We will refund the value of the returned goods by PayPal within 14 calendar days.”
