Cutting is inspired by the refined tailoring language of 1980s haute couture, featuring heavy structured padded shoulders that reshape proportions into a strong inverted triangle silhouette, delivering a powerful yet polished modern suiting presence.
The design breaks away from traditional side-seam construction by introducing a deconstructed cut-through at both sides of the torso, transforming the body panels into independent geometric layers. When overlapped, the structure naturally forms subtle side cut-outs at the waist, creating dimensional depth and architectural tension through sharp cutting and negative space.
Dual-wear construction (two ways of styling)
The first styling option offers a sharp, fitted silhouette, achieved by overlapping body panels and securing the waist with suiting buttons and internal straps to enhance the contrast between structured shoulders and a cinched waist. The second option releases the panels for a more fluid silhouette, using a central strap to create a wrapped, crossover construction, transforming the piece into a more relaxed, layered suiting language.
Classic tailoring details such as the lapel and pocket flaps are preserved, while deconstructed elements are subtly integrated within clean surface planes. The result is a balanced expression between precise tailoring and contemporary structural design, defining a refined and distinctive high-fashion language.

SS26 is a tribute by INFDARK to the aesthetics of the 1980s.
The era of creative brilliance is reinterpreted through a contemporary, modern lens.
This collection is not only an homage to the visionary designers of the 1980s, but also a statement that INFDARK does not simply replicate the past. Instead, it reimagines it through stylistic fusion and reinterpretation, building a runway presentation that balances retro spirit with a futuristic sense of modernity.
The collection extensively explores design elements such as padded shoulders, inverted triangle silhouettes, structured tailoring, and deconstructed sportswear. These are seamlessly integrated with contemporary fashion details. Longline sporty outerwear is transformed through strap-based deconstruction into sculptural, dress-like silhouettes. Cropped jackets incorporate waist cut-outs and connected sleeve structures, adding a futuristic and subtly sensual edge—achieving a refined balance between high-end streetwear and tailored elegance.
In print design, INFDARK pays tribute to the 1980s Italian Memphis movement, using bold contrasting colors, geometric patterns, and optical compositions to create strong visual tension. Moving beyond traditional plaid interpretations, the collection introduces vibrant colorways such as black & white, orange & green, and purple & green, forming a playful, dynamic, and slightly humorous visual language.
